Help with Customer-Login:
General:
To sign in you have to fill in all three input fields. For the password field please watch
upper and lower case. Please read the following text for further information. In case, after
reading this text completely, you still have problems to sign in, please send us an email.
Please describe your problem you have with the sign-in page.
Storage Account Number:
Your Storage Account Number is a 8-digit number, which clearly identifies
your storage compartment with your precious metals. This number was provided to you by
email. In case you don't have this email anymore, please look at one of our invoices from
us to you. You will find your storage account number on every invoice we sent to you. If
you are unable to find any old invoice from us, please send us an email and ask us to
provide you with your storage account number.
Customer ID Number:
Your Customer ID Number is also a 8-digit number, which could be identical
or different from your storage account number. Your data is stored in our system under this
number. You can find your customer ID number on every invoice you receive from us.
Password:
If you don't know your Password anymore, than click on the corresponding
buton on the logi page and follow the instructions.
Problems with Login?
In case you are unable to login, in the vast majority it is an error in your login
credentials. Here are two reasons which happen quite often:
Upper and lower case is not correct:
Please check every letter you type and make sure they are all correct.
Copy the data into the input fields:
It can be tedious to type all data into the input fields and it is much easier to just
copy and paste. The problem with copy and paste is quite often that you could include
spaces without recognizing. Obviously this won't word und because you can't see
spaces you wonder what is wrong. If you do copy and paste make sure you don't copy any
spaces and if it is still not working try typing your data into the input fields.
